The former Sampdoria legend has been linked with a move to England and Tottenham in the summer as they seek a permanent manager.
Mancini admitted he is happy at Lazio and has no plans to quit the Rome outfit.
"I will stay with Lazio once this season ends," Mancini told Italian TV.
"I have lived in Rome for seven years and I'd like to stay here for a long time."
Mancini also revealed that unsettled duo Dejan Stankovic and Jaap Stam would not be leaving the club before the close of the transfer window.
Stankovic has been strongly linked with a move to Internazionale, while Juventus have been tracking Stam, but Mancini insists they will stay at the club until the summer at least.
"They won't be moving for the time being," added Mancini.
Meanwhile, Massimo Oddo has refuted speculation that he could leave Stadio Olimpico.
The Italian international has been linked with a possible move to Juventus, but the highly-rated full back has moved to dispel the rumours.
"I've said that if, as I believe, I have the coach and the club's faith, I stay here. I'm happy to be here and I consider Lazio an arrival point," said Oddo.
"If I haven't played sometimes it has been because there were other players that had a better condition than me. Now I physically feel better and I think to be able to give my help to the club to achieve our seasonal aims, that's to get the fourth place and Coppa Italia."
Oddo is also aiming to win himself a place in the Italy squad for this summer's European Championships.
National team ? This is a really important aim for me. But before taking part to the European Championship I must make good things with my team," added Oddo.
"In this case my aims are, in order, the call-up, good form and eventually a regular place."
