The Biancoceleste have made an official approach for Morfeo, with new coach Domenico Caso looking to swiftly fill the void vacated by Stefano Fiore.
Lazio feel their chances of landing the forward are high, as Morfeo is not expected to be a first-team regular at the Stadio Ennio Tardini next season.
Defensively, with Sinisa Mihajlovic, Jaam Stam and Giuseppe Favalli all departing, the club are short and want Parma's Siviglia to come in to boost their back line.
In Junior's case, the club are only willing to open talks should Aparecido Cesar make his expected move to either Juventus or Internazionale.
The club clearly have one eye on a future without Cesar and believe Junior would be the ideal candidate to fill the gap vacated by the left back.
