Dino Baggio and Paolo Negro have started legal action against Lazio.Lazio duo Dino Baggio and Paolo Negro, who have not been paid for ten months, have started legal action against the club.
When Claudio Lotito became Lazio president, he renegotiated the players' contracts, reducing them by 80 percent, in a bid to help ease the Biancoceleste's financial situation.
Baggio and Negro, two of the highest earners at the club, were not part of the group that agreed to this reduction.
As a consequence, the experienced duo have been removed from Giuseppe Papadopulos' squad pending a decision on their plight from the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), which is expected in March.
