Cop, who can play anywhere across the front line, is regarded as one of the best young strikers in Europe following his goalscoring exploits for Dinamo Zagreb over the last 18 months.
The 24-year-old has scored 22 goals in 25 starts this season and is regarded as one of the best talents to emerge from Croatia in recent years.
Cop is following in the footsteps of his father, Davor, who was also a footballer and enjoyed a successful career with Hajduk Split in the 70s and 80s.
The former Croatia Under-21 international is tipped to make the step up to the senior squad after the World Cup and the tall athletic finisher is thought to be ready to make the move to a major European league this summer.
German trio Bayer Leverkusen, Schalke, Hoffenheim and Italian duo Fiorentina and Lazio are thought to be keeping tabs on Cop, but now the striker has emerged on the radar of a number of Premier League sides.
Agent, Simon Conning, is trying to broker a deal to bring Cop to the Premier League working on behalf of the forward's suitors in England, with Dinamo facing a battle to keep hold of their prized asset this summer.
