The youngster recently signed a new deal with Ajax and pledged to stay at least one more season at the Amsterdam ArenA.
However, this did not stop rumours circulating that he was keen on a move to Milan after receiving glowing reports of the San Siro from Dutch legend Marco van Basten.
The two clubs lock horns in the Champions League on Tuesday, but it is unlikely to be a scouting mission for Milan as van der Vaart claims he has no interest in a move to Italy at the moment.
Speaking on his personal website, he said: "I don't know where these rumours come from and this one is unbelievable.
"It is odd that these things appear just before big games like the one against Milan.
"Milan are a big club and van Basten said he enjoyed his time there, but that doesn't mean I am going there.
"I`ve just signed a new contract with Ajax and have no intention of leaving."
In other news, Ajax are reportedly talking to Utrecht goalkeeper Harold Wapenaar.
Following the decision by Australian ace Joe Didulica to move to Austria Vienna in the summer, Ajax have been scouring the market for a keeper.
Wapenaar could well be handed the chance to challenge Maarten Stekelenburg and Bogdan Lobont at the ArenA, as Koeman has been impressed with his efforts for Utrecht.
Further talks are expected to take place, with financially stricken Utrecht in no position to fend off an offer from Ajax.
Koeman, meanwhile, looks set to throw untried forward Jamal Akachar into his squad for the Champions League clash with Milan.
Ajax are short of striking talent, following the loan departures of Mido and Nikos Machlas to Spanish clubs, and youth-team star Akachar looks like earning a place on the bench.
Akachar was plucked from obscurity a year ago and has made a deep impression on the club`s coaching staff this term.
