The Italian club's financial problems are well documented and has gone to the lengths when Real Sociedad, a Spanish side with their own monetary difficulties, are being linked to taking Portuguese striker Nuno Gomes on loan for the rest of the season.
Di Livio said: "We have given the directors until Friday. If the November 2 ultimatum is ignored, we will be forced to take measures.
"We have not discarded any possibility, we have even studied the possibility of declaring the club bankrupt."
Fiore official Luciano Luca replied: "I am waiting for the answer of certain organisations of financial credit. I understand and I justify the ultimatum given by Livio.
"Each one of us will try to come closer over talks this week to try and sort this out."
