The Turkish marksman is being targeted by Italian duo Chievo and Udinese following his memorable World Cup.
Ilhan scored the Golden Goal against Senegal in the quarter final and then snaffled a brace in the 3-2 triumph over co-hosts South Korea in the third place play-off.
He was also top scorer for Besiktas in the Turkish league last season and his prowess has not passed unnoticed.
Chievo perceive the 26-year-old as the ideal replacement for Bernardo Corradi, who they sold to Internazionale, while Udinese are aiming to bolster their strike-force.
However, Besiktas vice-president Yildirim Demiroren insists Ilhan is not for sale at any price.
"Ilhan is the star of our team and we hope to win the championship with him next season, in our centenary year," said Demiroren.
"We will not sell Ilhan to anybody."
