Kroldrup has penned a new deal which will keep him at the Stadio Friuli until 2008.
The 24-year-old follows David Pizarro and Martin Jorgensen in pledging his future to the club.
Kroldrup, who has been at Udinese since the summer of 2001, was happy with the new deal offered to him.
"The club really wanted to get a long-term deal with me and of course, I got some more money for that," Kroldrup told Onside.dk.
"I was in a different situation to Jorgensen since I had two years left of my contract. It's a deal both parties can be happy with.
"It's going fine and I am playing excellently all the time. The coach has got big confidence in me and the side is also doing well.
"We have practically got the same squad as last season and we work tremendously hard for each other."
Meanwhile, Pizarro is hoping to make a qucik return to action after picking up a knee injury in training.
The Chilean international was expected to be out of action for a month, but Pizarro is hoping to be back in two weeks.
"I've been unlucky," said Pizarro. "It is a great shame because I was really looking forward to playing regularly again.
"However, at the time I thought the injury was worse than it is. I hope to be back in action in around two weeks time."
