Marco Ferrante and Simone Vergassola struck in a devastating four-minute spell to give Torino their first away win in two years and help them climb up to ninth spot in the table.
Brescia had taken the lead after 52 minutes when Argentine midfielder Andres Yllana headed home Federico Giunti's corner kick.
Giunti had a couple of opportunities to make the game safe for the home side but Lucca Bucci proved equal to his efforts.
Brescia were made to pay for the missed chances when Ferrante came off the bench to score seven minutes from time with a fine finish.
Ferrante (pictured) then turned goal-provider with a superb cross to Simone Vergassola to slide home the winner from close-range three minutes from full-time.
Torino were reduced to ten men in stoppage time when Antonino Asta was dismissed for kicking Amedeo Mangone, but the visitors held on for a vital win and leave Brescia looking nervously over their shoulders at the dropzone.
