The 31-year-old star scored the fastest goal in World Cup finals history, netting after only 11 seconds against South Korea in the third/fourth place playoff, but is surplus requirements at Parma.
The Stadio Ennio Tardini outfit are willing to listen to offers of around £1 million for the former Galatasaray man, who made only 14 appearances for the club last season.
Chievo are keen to build on last season's impressive debut season in Serie A, and believe the World Cup star will add invaluable experience to the team, having lost star forward Bernardo Corradi to Internazionale last week.
Meanwhile, the club are also being linked with a move for Sukur's international strike partner Ilhan Mansiz.
Mansiz netted Turkey's vital Golden Goal in their 1-0 extra-time win over Senegal, whilst the striker also scored twice, playing with Sukur, in Turkey's win over South Korea.
