Brescia midfielder Federico Giunti has signed for Serie A side Chievo.
Chievo manager Giuseppe Pillon is hoping the capture of Giunti, who made 23 appearances while on loan to Bologna last season, will add some much needed craft to his side's midfield.
The 34-year-old told The Flying Donkeys' official website: "I'm happy to be here and I'm ready for this new challenge.
"Bologna are unfortunately having a difficult time. I had this opportunity and I immediately took it."
Giunti has extensive Serie A experience having already turned out for Perugia, Parma, Milan, Brescia and latterly Bologna as well as a stint in Turkey with Besiktas.
