The Gialloblu hope to become renowned for bringing through the best Italian talent, and they have signed two up-and-coming stars.
First and foremost Azzurrini Under-20 captain Cristian Maggio has moved to Ennio Tardini as part of a deal that sees former club Vicenza get cash and full ownership of Paolo Guastalvino.
Winger Maggio will be joined at the club by striker Alberto Gilardino from Verona.
Meanwhile, Verona have taken up options to take Parma duo Adailton and Anthony Seric.
