Juventus have been strongly linked with a move for the young defender, but Bonera insists he is happy to stay at Parma despite all the speculation.
"As for myself, I stay here," said Bonera. "Anyway I never asked anything because I feel good here and I haven't the intention to leave.
"I really think that I'll stay till the end with Parma.
"Last year I struggled for the salvation, while this year I'm struggling for a Uefa Cup place. I've already made a big jump and being here for me it's already a big aim."
Bonera is hoping that he can build on the success of last year in 2003.
"In the last matches with Bologna and Inter we compromised a little on the job we had done," said Bonera.
"I say this not with reference to our standing, because until June the way is really long, but especially about our mental condition and our awareness.
"Personally I hope to continue to make good things as I did in the last year.
"2002 awarded me with the first appearance with the Italian national team and it isn't a little thing. I wish being able to continue in this way, hoping to be able to make the quality jump I hope soon to do."
