Bonera is one of the best up-and-coming players in the Italian top flight, and only narrowly missed out on a place in Giovanni Trapattoni's Italian World Cup squad.
Although he has been targeted as an ideal winter recruit, Bonera has insisted he will stay with the Gialloblu until the summer.
"I know the Parma management have a lot of faith in me, and I hope to repay them on the pitch," said Bonera.
"I have read a lot of rumours but I don't want to betray Parma's faith.
"I think I will stay here until June."
Brescia coach Carlo Mazzone has had the biggest impact on Bonera.
"With Mazzone I had a wonderful season," admitted Bonera.
"He is like a father to me. He gave me my debut in Serie A and played a big part in getting me my first cap."
