Turin giants Juventus are looking to reshape their squad and have been linked with a move for Parma's impressive young defender Bonera.
Bonera says his future lies with Parma's paymasters, but admits a move to the Old Lady would be an attractive one.
"My situation is still to be defined," he told Corriere dello Sport. "I have another three years on my contract and I wait for the club to decide my future.
"For a move, a favourable offer must arrive at Parma. I am a Parma player and will remain so until somebody says different, even though I know they have talked to Juventus.
"I'd like to stay at Parma if the club can find a solution to their problems.
"At Parma I've improved a lot and the credit for this goes to Cesare Prandelli, a coach for whom I have a big esteem.
"I have improved under him and I hope to be able to still be trained by him."
Commenting on the possibility of moving to Juventus, Bonera added: "I think that playing for a big team like Juventus is the dream of all players.
"It would be an experience I'd like to try.
"In the football world I think I have gone up step by step: firstly Brescia in Serie B and in Serie A, then Parma who has been battling for Champions League football."
Bonera's future is unlikely to be sorted until after the European Under-21 Championship and the defender is confident of success, although he has warned against complacency.
"I want to do well," he said. "This is an important stage.
"We are one of the favourites but we must be aware of the other teams. They won't be easy to beat."
