The young striker grabbed 23 league goals last season and is rated as one of the best prospects in Serie A.
Foreign outfits Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United and Valencia have all taken a keen interest, along with Italians Roma, Palermo and Juventus.
Despite fresh speculation regarding his future, Parma have again denied he is ready to move.
"Gilardino is not in the market," said Parma's chief operating officer Luca Baraldi.
Juventus are again been strongly linked as they are currently in talks with the club about defender Daniele Bonera.
It is rumoured that Juve are trying to get Gilardino in the same deal as Bonera and are looking to seal a deal with the cash strapped Ennio Tardini outfit.
