Inter Milan have signed Walter Gargano on a season-long loan deal from Napoli, with the option to sign him permanently next summer.
Inter Milan have signed Uruguay midfielder Walter Gargano on a season-long loan deal from Serie A rivals Napoli, with the option to sign him permanently next summer.
The 28-year-old has agreed terms on a four-year contract if the arrangement is made full-time.
Gargano makes the move to the Giuseppe Meazza after five seasons with Napoli having joined from Danubio in 2007.
He notched up 163 Serie A appearances for the Partenopei, scoring four times.
The South American joins Rodrigo Palacio, Matias Silvestre, Samir Handanovic, Gaby Mudingayi and Antonio Cassano in arriving at Inter this summer.
