Paris Saint-Germain are set to announce the signing of Julian Draxler from Wolfsburg, ending any hopes Arsenal and Liverpool had of signing the Germany international.

Sky Sports News HQ understands negotiations will be concluded on Friday morning, with a source saying it is "99 per cent certain to happen today."

The German international will join PSG in January for a fee of around £38m although the deal could rise to £41m on appearances.
