With the end of the season approaching, Europe's biggest clubs are already plotting their summer moves with a World Cup to negotiate around.

Eden Hazard will be a Manchester City transfer target in the summer, with Pep Guardiola making the Chelsea star his main priority. The Catalan coach wants three big-name signings, including the Belgian. Leicester City's Riyad Mahrez and Monaco's Thomas Lemar are also being watched in attack. In defence, Guardiola has identified Tottenham Hotspur's Toby Alderweireld as the man he wants to shore up his backline.
