Borussia Dortmund executive Hans-Joachim Watzke has rejected reports that Bayern Munich have a buy-back option in the contract of defender Mats Hummels.
The Germany international has been a star of the current season after helping Dortmund to a 10-point lead at the top of the Bundesliga.
Bayern Munich have in the past admitted that they made a mistake in selling Hummels in a £3.9million deal in the summer of 2009 after initially loaning the 22-year-old to Dortmund.
And as a result it has been suggested that Bayern inserted a £6.8m buy-back option which will become active in the June of 2012, but Watzke insists that is not the case.
He told Deutsche Presseagentur: "Mats Hummels is a player of Borussia Dortmund and he is an important first-team defender for us.
"We have a contract with him until June 2013 and there is definitely no option or something else included. There is definitely no buy-back option."
