Gundogan looks set for Dortmund move

Nurnberg executive Ralf Woy expects his club to sign Czech Republic Under 21 international striker Tomas Pekhart this summer. The Sparta Prague player has been linked with a number of clubs around Europe, but Woy is 'very, very confident' a transfer will be agreed. Nurnberg have already signed Manuel Zeitz and settled on a deal with Dynamo Dresden's Alexander Esswein, and former Tottenham youngster Pekhart is the next target. Woy told Nurnberger Nachrichten newspaper: "I am very, very confident this player will join our club for the new season. "I expect Tomas Pekhart to sign a deal at our club." Meanwhile, reports in Germany claim that Nurnberg's Germany U21 international starlet, Ilkay Gundogan, whose contract expires in the summer of 2012, is moving to league leaders Borussia Dortmund. Nurnberg general manager Martin Bader said earlier in April: "Borussia Dortmund and Hamburg have enquired. "They have the ambition to negotiate with the player. We have agreed to their request."
