Arjen Robben and Mario Gomez had to make do with a place on the bench against Stuttgart yesterday as coach Jupp Heynckes named an unchanged side for the first time this season.
Neither appeared too happy on the sidelines, but Sammer has warned them not to cause any disruption.
"I don't want to hear anything, absolutely anything," he said. "The momentum we have speaks in favour of the players who played.
"We are still going to need every player we have got. I certainly don't want to experience any egocentrism and any totally unnecessary discussions.
"We are not even going to let there be a hint of egoism."
Sammer was not fully convinced by his side's performance as a second successive 2-0 victory since the winter break strengthened their place at the top of the table.
"We did have a good preparation, but everything seemed too easy for us and that is why we noticed against Furth and today again that we are still working on our rhythm," he told Sky television.
"We showed some good signs and we were relatively in control, but of course we have to move on consequently."
