The former Germany international will be free to leave the Weserstadion on a Bosman in June 2014, should he not sign a contract extension.
Hunt, 27, has started all 16 of the club's Bundesliga clashes, scoring three goals and providing four assists as Bremen continue to climb their way from 14th in the top flight standings.
Bundesliga statistics show the attacking midfielder has created almost 100 chances for Bremen this term, attracting the attention of Premier League clubs.
Both Southampton and Stoke City are rumoured to be interested in a move for the player, who was born of an English mother and a German father.
However, Hunt remains focussed on the task in hand, leaving any offers in the hands of his agent until the winter break.
Speaking to Kicker sports magazine, he said: "There are definitely enquiries and offers coming in.
"Actually only my agent is aware of them as I am not out to consider them at this point in time.
"I will not start discussing a new deal before January 2014."
Hunt looks set to make his 17th consecutive start on Saturday afternoon when Bremen host Bayer Leverkusen in their final fixture of the calendar year.
