Bundesliga round-up: Schalke make Bayern Munich wait for title

Schalke prevented Bayern Munich from sealing the Bundesliga title despite the league leaders thrashing Borussia Dortmund 6-0.
Had second-placed Schalke dropped points, Bayern knew they would have been crowned champions with a victory over Dortmund later in the evening.
Yet that possibility was taken off the table thanks to their 2-0 win over Freiburg, with goals from Daniel Caligiuri and Guido Burgstaller.
Bayern would then go on to dismantle Dortmund at the Allianz Arena, where a Robert Lewandowski hat-trick inspired the hosts to victory, and James Rodriguez, Thomas Muller and Franck Ribery also got on the scoresheet.
Hamburg were denied a first league victory since November as the division's bottom side drew 1-1 at Stuttgart.
Hamburg's record of having never been relegated from the Bundesliga looks under serious threat this year, though they led at Stuttgart through former Tottenham midfielder Lewis Holtby.
However, a fifth league win of the season eluded them as Daniel Ginczek equalised on the stroke of half-time.
RB Leipzig moved into the top four with a 3-2 victory over at Hannover, with Emil Forsberg, Willi Orban and Yussuf Poulsen were all on target in the win.
Leipzig moved ahead of both Bayer Leverkusen, who could only draw 0-0 at home with Augsburg, and Eintracht Frankfurt, who travel to Werder Bremen on Sunday.
Serge Gnabry and Mark Uth both scored braces as Hoffenheim thrashed Cologne 6-0.
In the late game on Saturday, Hertha Berlin played out a goalless draw with Wolfsburg at the Olympic Stadium.
