For Hertha, their unbeaten record is also intact as they have now drawn their opening five games in Die Bundesliga this season.
Freiburg and Bochum are also still to taste defeat this term as they played out a 1-1 draw.
Tommy Bechmann, who was a first half substitute, put Bochum ahead on 55 minutes when finishing off from an assist from Aleksander Knavs.
But the hosts stole a point three minutes later when Ellery Cairo teed up Daniel Schumann for the equaliser.
