Czech striker Vratislav Lokvenc put Bochum ahead just after the hour mark.
Bayern levelled ten minutes later when Jose Guerrero Gonzalez struck, the Pervuvian - who came on as a half time substitute - then pounced just moments later to put his side ahead.
Seven minutes from time the win was sealed as Dane Soren Colding put through his own net to make it 3-1.

David Jarolim (35) and Naohiro Takahara (pictured, 42) made it 3-0 at the interval, before Almami Moreira (47), Jarolim again (63), and Bernardo Romero (82) completed the rout.
