Bayern Munich's bid to beat Milan has been hit by injury, with four players doubtful.
Bayern Munich's bid to beat Milan and claim a place in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals on Wednesday has been hit by injury.
Willy Sagnol is out for the season after suffering a knee injury in the 2-2 first leg draw between the teams a week ago and manager Ottmar Hitzfeld is sweating over the fitness of four other players.
Owen Hargreaves, Lucio and Hasan Salihamidzic are all struggling and their availability will only be known following Bayern's final training session on Tuesday afternoon.
Bastian Schweinsteiger is even more unlikely to be fit for the Allianz Arena clash.
"Schweinsteiger is very doubtful," Hitzfeld told the German press.
"He needed acupuncture yesterday [Monday] evening and we will have to wait until tomorrow [Wednesday] afternoon before taking a decision."
Hitzfeld does, however, welcome back Mark van Bommel and Oliver Kahn from suspension after both players missed the first leg in Milan.
"Without van Bommel, and with a bit of luck maybe, we were able to draw 2-2 in Milan," said Hitzfeld.
"But to have him back, we are stronger and he has a great presence.
"He can play the decisive passes and I am delighted to have him and Kahn back."
