Borussia Dortmund Jurgen Klopp has stressed that he is not in a hurry to manage in the Premier League - but admitted he does have an ambition to move to England one day.

Hard

Klopp admits it is not easy to see his best players leave on a regular basis. "It's not so easy for players to find another club with this whole package but it's possible. They have different dreams, their own or those of their father or their mother, I don't know," he said. "It's absolutely normal that different human beings want to go different ways. If you go to other places you think it's better. And you go there and you see '****, it's not as good as I thought'. One of those he found it hardest to say goodbye to was Shinji Kagawa, who joined Manchester United last summer and he says he is upset to see the Japanese star on the fringes of the first XI at Old Trafford. "It's really hard. Last year Shinji Kagawa - one of the best players in the world. He now plays on the left wing. My heart breaks when I watch this, it's so hard for me but he said 'I want to have this challenge - Manchester United'. "For Japanese people it's bigger to play for United than Borussia. I cannot go to Japan and say 'please leave Shinji alone. Tell Shinji you want him to play in Dortmund'. We cried in each other's arms for 20 minutes when he left. I asked 'why are you going?' One year before Nuri Sahin went because Real Madrid is the biggest club in the world." He admits it was different when he heard current star Mario Gotze had agreed a move to Bayern. "Nobody thought he would leave. It was like a heart-attack. I heard it one day after we beat Malaga. I had one day to celebrate and somebody thought it's enough and threw me on the floor," he continued. "In a way it was like grieving. The next morning was much better. I had more time to handle this. For the team it was hard. "We are brave enough to make decisions like to bring 18 or 19 year old defenders such as Hummels and Subotic in the Bundesliga and not think only experience is the most important thing. You have to be brave and start with the young guys and we did." Klopp insists that just because Bayern can spend more than Borussia, it does not make them bigger or better. "Money is not important. Money increases the possibility of success but is not a guarantee," he said. "We are not a supermarket but they know we cannot pay our players so much money and it's not our way. We cannot pay like Real Madrid and Barcelona. We have to work seriously. We get this money so we can pay them this money."
