Leverkusen have suffered eight defeats in their last nine outings in all competitions to pile pressure on their beleaguered coach.
An alarming slump has seen them tumble out of the UEFA Champions League and left them sweating on their involvement in next season's competition.
Something needs to be done to turn the tide, but Voller is confident that the club already have the right people in place to bring about a reversal in fortune.
He said after Sunday's 3-2 reversal against Hoffenheim: "A week ago we said that we believe in the coach and nothing has changed.
"The coach is now tarnished, it would be the same at any other club.
"We must try to get out of trouble together with him."
Hyypia will be pleased to hear that he still has the support of those above him, and the former Liverpool defender is looking for everyone to pull together through a testing period.
He said: "I'm not happy with our commitment, attitude and concentration. We had a match plan, but attitude and commitment are also part of football.
"I need the help of my staff and players - I can't pull us out of this alone."
