The 31-year-old midfielder travelled over earlier in the campaign and linked up with Vitesse`s B-team.
He is set to come over once again, but this time will get the chance to test himself against the first-team.
Fujita has a long-standing ambition to play in Europe, and has already made a mark on Vitesse`s B-Team coach Pascal Jansen.
He said: "His awareness, talent and skills are excellent.
"His technique is already good enough for top level in the Netherlands. I want to show his play to the first-team executives soon."
In other news, Vitesse's technical director Jan Steuer has told Omroep Gelderland that they will fight to keep Matthew Amoah at the club.
The forward has attracted interest from Germany, with Hannover eyeing the youngster as the man to fire in the goals.
However, they are likely to be rebuffed if any approach is made.
Steuer said: "We don't even want to sell Amoah.
"He is our top scorer, so we would be stupid to sell him or loan him out."
