Former Dutch international Arnold Bruggink has signed a three-year contract with Bundesliga side Hannover.
The 28-year-old offensive midfielder has fulfilled his contract with Heerenveen and arrives in Germany on a Bosman free transfer.
Bruggink, who scored 100 goals in just over 300 top division games in his native country, has represented Twente Enschede, PSV Eindhoven and since 2004 Heerenveen, while he can also look back to a brief spell with Spanish outfit Real Mallorca.
The twice capped former Dutch international is the fifth new face at the AWD-Arena this summer, with coach Peter Neururer having already signed Christoffer Andersson, Gunnar Thorvaldsson, Timo Nagy and Szabolcz Huszti.
