Fulham midfielder Leon Andreasen has admitted he could imagine playing for Hannover.
The versatile Danish performer moved to Craven Cottage in January 2008 but has had limited opportunities to impress this season.
He has been linked with a move away from Fulham before the close of the transfer window and Hannover have expressed an interest in signing him.
Andreasen accepts that he would be open to such a switch as he searches for more regular football.
"I am feeling quite well living in London, but I clearly want first-team football," he told
Bild.
"Hannover is a good side, I could imagine joining them."
Reports in Germany have suggested that a loan deal has been agreed between Fulham and Hannover.
However, Hannover chairman Martin Kind insists such stories are wide of the mark and is not sure whether Roy Hodgson would want to lose another player following the recent departure of Jimmy Bullard to Hull City.
Kind said: "Fulham is at first looking to sign a player."
Hannover midfielder Christian Schulz, who played with Andreasen at Werder Bremen, believes the 25-year-old would be an excellent signing.
"He would aid our team as a person, he is a true team player," said Schulz.
