Defensive midfielder Hoffman, who can also play at centre-back, has been with Hannover since January 2013 and has now put pen to paper on a deal to keep him at the club for another four years.
General manager Dirk Dufner believes the 21-year-old can continue to go from strength to strength after helping Hannover finish tenth in the Bundesliga this season.
Dufner told the club's official website: "We are very pleased with Andre Hoffmann's development. He has developed into a seasoned Bundesliga player in the past year and a half at Hannover 96.
"His early contract extension shows he is committed to 96. We see him as a long-term member of our team and we're confident that Andre has the best conditions here to continue his step-by-step development as a young professional."
Former Fulham midfielder Andreasen, meanwhile, has agreed a new one-year deal at Hannover with the option for another 12 months.
The Denmark international joined the club in 2009, initially on a loan deal before making the move permanent, and is delighted to be staying.
Andreasen said: "It was not difficult to opt to stay at Hannover 96. My family and I feel very much at home in the city and I fully identify myself with the club and hope that we will continue to enjoy success together."
