Mallorca ace linked with Anfield outfit

Real Mallorca ace Juan Arango admits he is flattered to be linked with a move to Liverpool. Reports emanating from Spain suggest Reds boss Rafa Benitez is keeping tabs on the highly-rated Venezuelan. Arango has enjoyed a fine season for Mallorca and Benitez is believed to see him as a creative player to boost his attacking options at Anfield. The 27-year-old insists he has not heard anything from Liverpool, but would be interested in a move to Merseyside. He said: "I have been told some things but I really didn't know what was happening. For saying the truth, I am very happy that such a big team like Liverpool is speaking about me. "They play the Champions League, they are one of the giants in the world. "I would like very much to have the chance to play at Liverpool. "Maybe if I keep on having good performances at Mallorca and the national team the coach decides to count with me in the future. You never know where football can take you to."
