Striker talks Sky Sports Scout

Swedish starlet Marcus Berg insists he is not letting speculation get to him. The Swedish Under-21 striker has shone at the current European Championship, bagging a hat-trick in the opening game with Belarus. A host of clubs were already trailing the Groningen star, but interest is rising all the times. Indeed Berg was the first player checked on by our Scout - as he takes a special look at some of the stars of the Under-21 tournament. Our scout put a potential value of £30million on Berg, but he admits he is someway off that value when quizzed about our feature by the Swedish press. "I can only laugh at that. It feels like I'm pretty far from a value of €30 million. It is nothing I am thinking about either," Berg told Expressen. "I rarely feel any pressure. I always go out to do my job and if I am given the chance, I know I am dangerous." As the interest in Berg mounts, Ajax are said to be considering moves for both him and Norwegian starlet Per Ciljan Skjelbred - who was linked with Newcastle.
