The 20-year-old striker has penned a four-and-a-half-year contract with the club and will be available for selection for the club's trip to Wigan, subject to international clearance being received in time.
Parzyszek, a product of the De Graafschap youth system, revealed his excitement at clinching a move to The Valley.
"I'm really happy to be here," he told the club's website.
"When I was young, I always watched Charlton play in the Premier League.
"I remember players like Matt Holland. It was a big club then and it is still a big club now. For me, it is a dream to play here."
Parzyszek has scored 16 goals in 20 games for the Dutch club this season and has previously been linked with moves to Portuguese side Benfica as well as a number of Premier League sides.
He is the second striker to sign for Charlton this week following the arrival of Iran international Reza Ghoochannejhad, who penned a two-and-a-half year deal with the club on Thursday.
With Yann Kermorgant departing the club for Bournemouth earlier this week, the pair will provide competition for striking places with Simon Church and Marvin Sordell.
