Bert Zuurman put Zwolle in front four minutes in before Dominggus Lim-Duan doubled the home side's lead two minutes before the break.
They sealed victory just after the hour mark as Ivar van Dinteren made it 3-0 to Zwolle, who are now seven points adrift of safety in De Eredivisie table.
