PSV Eindhoven and Roda JC claimed their quarter-final places in the Dutch Cup.
PSV Eindhoven claimed their quarter-final place in the Dutch Cup courtesy of a 3-2 victory over Go Ahead Eagles.
The Dutch giants, despite home advantage, were made to work for their victory as Ceriel Oosthout opened the scoring for the visitors shortly after half-time.
Go Ahead's lead proved short-lived though as Timmy Simons restored parity with a penalty.
PSV then took control as goals from Jefferson Farfan and Arouna Kone put them in the driving seat, before Jan Kromkamp made for an anxious final minute when he put through his own goal.
Roda KC Kerkrade also booked their passage to the competition's latter stages with a 2-1 victory over AZ Alkmaar's second string.
AZ took a 13th minute lead, which they held until half-time, through Santy Hulst's strike but efforts from Adil Ramzi and Dieter van Tornhout sealed the win for Roda in the second half.
