The Serbia & Montenegro international has enjoyed a fantastic campaign for the Eredivisie title favourites, plundering 35 goals in 32 appearances.
Kezman fought off competition from last year's winner Pierre van Hooijdonk and Utrecht forward Dirk Kuyt to land the award, which is voted for by players and coaches from De Eredivisie and De Gouden Gids Divisie.
The free-scoring forward will be hoping to cap his personal triumph with a memorable team success with PSV requiring a point from Thursday's trip to Groningen to secure the title.
PSV were voted Team of the Year but boss Guus Hiddink lost out to Ronald Koeman in the Coach of the Year category as the Ajax chief was honoured for steering the title holders into the Champions League quarter finals.
Goalkeeper of the Year was NEC Nijmegen's Dennis Gentenaar, who was picked ahead of PSV's Ronald Waterreus and Gabor Babos of NAC Breda.
Emmen's on-loan striker Donny de Groot was named Gouden Gids Divisie Player of the Year after topping the goalscoring charts.
The awards will be dished out a ceremony prior to the Amstel Cup final between Feyenoord and Utrecht on Sunday June 1.
