The deposed Dutch champions had been chasing Boschker for several weeks and he has now wrapped up his anticipated move to the Amsterdam ArenA.
Boschker has signed a two-year contract with Ronald Koeman's side and will jostle for the number one jersey with Bogdan Lobont and Martin Stekelenburg.
The 32-year-old had spent his entire career with Twente but now has the prospect of playing Champions League football to look forward to.
Ajax have also swooped to lure Henrik and Niklas Moisander to Holland from Finnish side TPS Turku.
The duo have penned two-year contracts with an option of a further two years if they impress the club's coaching staff.
Henrik is a goalkeeper while Niklas is a defender, and the 17-year-olds will start off with the A1 team under the watchful gaze of Danny Blind.
