The Amsterdam giants have made moves to tie some of their young stars to new deals, with Ryan Babel, Kenneth Vermeer and Jan Vertonghen signing fresh contracts recently.

A number of other players are set to enter into talks, but Maduro claims the club have not yet spoken to him.

"There has been little thrush for this yet," the 22-year-old told Het Parool.

"If this does not change I would like to be sold in the summer."

Ajax have handed Belgian youngster Toby Alderweireld a professional deal until 2010 after he impressed for the club's academy.

Fellow youth products Christian Supusepa and Jan-Arie van der Heijden have signed deals until 2010 and 2009 respectively.

John van den Brom has confirmed that he will be leaving his role as head of youth education at Ajax in the summer.

The 41-year-old has been with the club since March 2005, but is keen to step up the coaching ladder.
