PSV Eindhoven coach Ronald Koeman has vowed to resist any offers for versatile full back Michael Lamey.
Belgian champions Anderlecht have been linked with a bid for the 26-year-old prior to the close of the transfer window.
But Koeman has no plans to listen to any bids for the defender and aims to hand Lamey a prominent role this season.
"I want to keep Lamey," affirmed Koeman. "In that position we don't have many options."
Lamey is pencilled in to play at right back during the coming campaign, having spent last season largely on the opposite flank.
Meanwhile, Koeman is likely to have to offload players before he is able to add to the Eredivisie title-winning squad.
