Danish champions Brondby have stepped in to sign Kim Christensen from Twente.Danish champions Brondby have stepped in to sign Kim Christensen from Twente.
The 25-year-old striker was available on a free transfer and Brondby stepped in with a decent offer.
Christensen wasted little time in agreeing terms over the two-year deal and will be hopeful of recapturing the form which persuaded Twente to bring him to the Eredivisie from Hamburg.
Jeffrey de Visscher, meanwhile, is in limbo after failing to agree a deal with Heracles.
De Visscher spent last season on loan at Heracles and the Gouden Gids Divisie champions were keen to seal a permanent move.
Heracles thought they had struck a deal with the 24-year-old winger, but his agent informed the club that de Visscher has opted to pursue other options.
"We had a principle agreement," Heracles chairman Jan Smit told De Telegraaf. "But his representative Rodger Linse turned back on that. So it ends."
