The centre half has been on loan at Feyenoord`s feeder club for some time, and is unhappy that he is still on the same wage even though the club were promoted to the Eredivisie last term.
Olfers sent a letter to Feyenoord demanding a wage increase, and said he would return to De Kuip if a suitable conclusion was not reached.
Excelsior were not willing to increase his wages, so he has gone back to Feyenoord where he will earn more money - but will initially be in the reserves
Koster was clearly unhappy, as he said: "It would have been better for him to look at the sporting side of things.
"I am now set to be without my sweeper, who will return to Feyenoord to play for their reserves."
