The 2002 Uefa Cup winners faced an uphill task after losing 2-0 at home in the first leg, but they got off to a perfect start with Ferne Snoyl firing them in front on 37 minutes.
The lead was short-lived as Pavel Horvath replied for the hosts two minutes later to restore their overall two-goal advantage.
Feyenoord threw everything into attack in the second half, but Teplice held on for a famous win to send Feyenoord out and pile the pressure on
Bert van Marwijk.
Auxerre roared into the third round with an easy win over Utrecht earning them a 4-0 aggregate win.
French international Djibril Cisse sent the hosts on their way with the opener on 21 minutes and Oliver Kapo added a second eight minutes later.
Cisse grabbed his second of the night three minutes after the restart to put the game beyond Utrecht and Bonaventure Kalou made it four ten minutes later.
