Niklas Tarvajarvi has signed a new deal at Heerenveen, but Ugur Yildirim seems set to head for pastures new.Finnish striker Tarvajarvi has made a positive impression in Friasland and has been rewarded with a contract which ties him to the club until 2011.
It would appear that Tarvajarvi will not have many more opportunities to play alongside Yildirim.
The 24-year-old has slipped down coach Gertjan Verbeek's pecking order and he seems ready to head for a new challenge.
"Just like every player, I want to play a lot," Yildirim told ANP. "I feel good and the trainer knows that. I play a lot with the reserves and that is going great.
"During the winter break we will look further. If nothing changes then, we will have to come to a solution.
"In that case it will be best if I leave Heerenveen, they know that as well."
