Willem were ahead after three minutes when Iwan Redan pounced, but Mile Krstev levelled just moments later.
Just after the interval Paul Matthijs put through his own net to give Willem the advantage again, but again it was not to last for long as Stefano Seedorf struck.
Raymond Victoria then put Willem ahead when he scored 13 minutes from time and in the final minute Martijn Reuser (pictured) secured the win.
