Clubs busy with contracts

Bjorn Daelemans has signed a new deal with RBC Roosendaal, while Rob Penders is close to agreeing fresh terms with NAC Breda.

Striker Daelemans' future at RBC had been in doubt, as he was due to be out of contract in the summer, but he has opted to stay with the club until the summer of 2006.

The 26-year-old Belgian has been with RBC since the 2001, with his efforts prompting the club's paymasters to hand him a fresh deal.

Juan Viedma has also pledged his future to RBC by signing a deal until the summer of 2005.

NAC Breda have been busy on the contract front, with 28-year-old defender Penders striking a verbal agreement to extend his stay at the club until 2008.

RKC Waalwijk have made new contract offers to Jason Oost and midfielder Rogier Molhoek.
