NAC Breda forward Anthony Lurling could be sidelined for the next two months.NAC Breda have been dealt a blow with the news that Anthony Lurling could be sidelined for the next two months.
The Feyenoord loanee damaged his knee in training on Tuesday and a scan has revealed a break to the meniscus which will require an immediate operation.
The forward has been informed that he is likely to be out of action for around eight weeks, much to his annoyance.
"I slid in and felt a pain in my knee, one like you do when you bang your elbow," he told the club's website.
"I had an immediate idea that something was wrong and it has been confirmed that I will need an operation which means six to ten weeks out."
