NAC Breda are looking to push through a deal for Tom van der Leegte in January.NAC Breda are looking to push through a deal for ADO Den Haag midfielder Tom van der Leegte in January.
The 29-year-old is in the final year of his contract and has no intention of penning a new deal, which has led to talk that he could move on a Bosman in the summer.
It is believed that five clubs are ready to sign him on a Bosman, but they could be beaten to the punch by NAC.
NAC coach Ton Lokhoff is keen to add some steel to his engine room and is ready to test ADO's resolve with a é¼350,000 bid when the transfer window opens in January.
Van der Leegte is aware of the talk and admits he would consider a move to NAC.
"The interest from NAC is serious," van der Leegte told AD Sportwereld. "I like it at ADO, but if both clubs get together I would think about an immediate move."
NAC, meanwhile, have been informed that striker Victor Sikora will not play again until January.
Sikora damaged a thigh in training and has been informed the tear could keep him out for around a month.
